Sustainability governance
Like any process, sustainability needs to be governed and managed. With a multi-stakeholder approach, it is also possible to bring new energies into the organization’s governance processes.

In many years of work we have experimented with different sustainability governance models: dedicated, integrated, matrix-based. We dealt with both the integration of sustainability at board level and organizational solutions for executive levels.
With the OA4S we have also introduced an operational level but inspired by the working methods dictated by openness.
Through our network of relationships, we can help you identify external stakeholders who can sit with you to ensure innovative and consistent governance of sensitive social and environmental issues.
Since 2019 we have been alongside top management in the Lunelli Group’s sustainability journey. To strengthen this orientation, in 2020 Danilo Devigili, thanks to his many years of experience, joined the company’s sustainability advisory board with the functions of advisor and coordinator.
Our vision is clear: sustainability (social, environmental and economic) creates new business models.
Who is in charge? We believe in open and agile change management models to manage the complexity of creating positive and sustainable impact. For positive change to happen, we need to promote new governance models that move away from the logics of the past and open up to collaborative dynamics.
If you want to turn your company around quickly and sustainably, you can count on our expertise and add the experience and professionalism of an independent director to your board.
