We can create customized programs for your managers to introduce them to the many facets of sustainability. Our work is most effective when we share a common vocabulary with top management and a step-by-step process for sustainable transformation. We intervene to strengthen skills and resolve doubts by discussing possible solutions. We train. We organize sustainability pills, videos and lectures, but increasingly workshops and flipped classrooms, because sustainability is an open discussion to which everyone can contribute.

In 2020, we started a journey with the HSE & CSR department of FITT Spa to define the sustainability strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. The strategy emerged in a very unique way: a participatory journey with more than 50 employees from all management and operational levels, who helped define the vision, mission and planning of sustainability activities for the next three years. This was made all the more challenging by the fact that many of the activities were carried out at the height of the pandemic using digital technologies.
Our vision is clear: sustainability (social, environmental and economic) creates new business models.
Who is in charge? We believe in open and agile change management models to manage the complexity of creating positive and sustainable impact. For positive change to happen, we need to promote new governance models that move away from the logics of the past and open up to collaborative dynamics.
We have created a new professional figure: the Open Agent for Sustainability. This is a real special agent who helps to operationalize sustainability in organizations on a daily basis.
